We recently purchased a condo at Infinity Shore Club Residences and Yael assisted us. Yael patiently showed us several condos as we narrowed down which one was best for us. He's well informed about the property. He represented both the purchaser (us), and the developer in our transaction. Initially, we were apprehensive about this arrangement and could have chosen another agent to represent us, but he assured us he would be able to fairly represent both sides.
